Talk & Poster Info

The call for abstract submission is now open.

Presentations will include both oral and poster sessions. Awards will be presented for the best oral and the best poster presentations. These will be judged by members of staff from the University of Ulster, Coleraine. Prizes will be awarded on Wednesday 31st March.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations will be based on 20 minutes per speaker. This will include 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Delegates designing posters will be expected to participate in the poster presentation sessions.

Posters should be size A1 with a portrait or landscape orientation. The font should be approximately 36. Poster presentations will take place during dedicated poster sessions during the tea breaks. Delegates will have 3 minutes to present their research during their individual allotted session. A timetable of poster sessions will be online shortly.

Abstraction submission deadline is extended to Wednesday 10th March.
